The first volume called "Technique", contains exercises from how to use feet as percussion instruments (with a name for each form) to finishing and closing techniques, for both two-time and three-time rhythm. Techniques consist of strength, balance, and foot combination, easy finishing exercises, and easy closes, two-time and three-time, at three speeds, for both right and left feet.
The second volume called "Ritmos Binarios", consists of double finishes, 6 closing exercises and 4 "Escobillas”. All the exercises are in three speeds, for both left and right feet and each exercise is repeated at the end with a guitar at normal speed.
