The Flamenco Cultural Association "Amigos de la Guitarra" has already published the bases of the XXXVII National Flamenco Singing Contest "Ciudad de Carmona". An annual contest held in the Sevillian town of Carmona and sponsored by the Carmonense City Council, the Andalusian Institute of Flamenco, and the Ministry of Culture and Historical Heritage of the Junta de Andalucía.

According to the published bases, the submission of registration applications must be done before September 8th. In the general section, amateur singers who do not exceed the age of 60 can participate, and in the young section those who do not exceed 21 years old.
