"Otoño Flamenco" will start with the exhibition "Flamenco de Jerez, 1000 years of Human Heritage" that can be visited from November 13th to 22th in the Cloisters of Santo Domingo. The exhibition commemorates the ten years since the declaration of flamenco as a World Heritage Site with artists who represent the human heritage of Flamenco de Jerez, currently and whose ages exceed 1000 years.
The next appointment will be on November 16th at the Cloister of Santo Domingo where the first part of the conference will take place for three entitled "Humanity, Heritage of Flamenco" and which cites María Ángeles Carrasco, Juan José Téllez and Antonio Romera "Chipi ”. The Community of Madrid is preparing to celebrate what will be the XVth edition of the Festival Suma Flamenca of the Community of Madrid. In the program presented, it is highlighted that for the first time it will be a conceptual cycle evoking the world of sound
by Enrique Morente through the talent of artists from various generations.
The cycle will take place from December 1st to 20th in Madrid under the direction of Antonio Benamargo. An edition that includes news, including the incorporation of a new director, which is identified in its programming that does not exclusively include a series of concerts, but is a festival that builds the great contribution of Enrique Morente to the history of music.

This new academic work by the Almeria specialist will be entitled "Paco de Lucía: an ethnomusical approach from the transcription of his compositions" and will be directed by Paco Bethencourt.

In this context, Ciutat Flamenco wants to celebrate its 27th edition. Now more than ever we want to maintain our commitment to the creation, innovation and history of a musical culture rooted in Barcelona forever. Historically, Ciutat Flamenco has been the exhibitor of the great names and the most interesting proposals that have marked the evolution of flamenco in the 21st century, as well as being the promoter of new projects and the cultural and social fabric of a city in permanent transformation.

Dance arrives this season at the Teatro Real by the hand of one of the greatest Spanish creators: Antonio Gades. The coronavirus has prevented the hosts of the Munich Ballet from traveling to Spain to offer their version of "Giselle", as planned, and the Spanish company, which has been grounded for the same reason - had to cancel a performance in Baden -Baden- , will take its place with the lesser known work of that fertile pairing that Antonio Gades and Carlos Saura made: «Fuego». It is a ballet created in 1989 from the film "El amor brujo", signed by both four years earlier. At the Teatro Real, the company -which is artistically directed by Stella Araúzo- will have as soloists Esmeralda Manzanas (Candela), Álvaro Madrid (Carmelo), Juan Pedro Delgado (The Specter) and Raquel Valencia (La hechicera). "Fuego" was commissioned by the Chatelet Theater in Paris, where the play premiered on January 26, 1989.

The National Ballet of Spain (BNE) begins the 2020/2021 season in October with the recovery of the tours postponed last spring due to the covid-19. Next Thursday, October 15th, the photographic exhibition "Paco Manzano, Photographs from 1983 to 2010" will be inaugurated, a previous activity within the cultural events programmed by the Festival Suma Flamenca of the Community of Madrid, under the direction of Antonio Benamargo. Added to this exhibition are the "Conferences on the sound world of Morente", given by scholars of the Granada-born master.
The photographic exhibition of Paco Manzano, a flamenco photographer for 4 decades, is a journey through the most important milestones of this genre, from those Flamenco Summits in Madrid to the most recent Conde Duque Young Flamenco Festival, or the Suma Flamenca editions . And then there is, of course, Paco Manzano portraying Enrique Morente, as if his camera had been faithfully linked to the teacher's career, in national and international festivals, colleges, such as San Juan Evangelista; or in large venues such as the Palacio de los Deportes. The exhibition will be open at the Amor de Dios Academy, Calle Santa Isabel, number 5, in Madrid, from October 15th to December 20th.

In this third season of Flamenco Real, a tribute is paid to Blanca del Rey.
Another of the great Madrid stages has just presented its programming for what will be its third season of the Flamenco Real cycle in co-production with SO-LA-NA. Specifically, from November 13th to July 29th, if nothing prevents it, a total of 15 shows will be offered where jondo art is the clear protagonist of the Royal Theater.
Renowned artists will pass through this Madrid space, in a cycle that is gradually consolidating in said Ballroom with a 2020/2021 program that will be dedicated to the bailaora, choreographer, teacher and businesswoman, Blanca del Rey.
On the other hand, it is worth mentioning that Flamenco Real will continue to be supervised by Antonio Canales, as in previous editions. The program presented for this third season contains a total of 15 shows.

She accumulates a long and brilliant career as a dancer and as a bailaora in all the disciplines of this art, but, on the way to create her own dance universe, her investigation has led her to new expressive forms, which are always craved as a result of a long study, a process in which he was decanting his concern.
